How can we improve social connection and well-being through the design of shared spaces?
As part of NGV Melbourne Design Week, Fairfield Amphitheatre was transformed into 24-hour design experiment inspired by the culture, rituals and spatial dynamics of saunas. Over the space of 24 hours a program of sensory experiences incorporating performance, soundscapes, scented infusions, tea ceremonies, and mindfulness experiences took place within and surrounding the sauna prototype.
We’re on a mission to improve well-being, foster community and find better ways of living.
Using a human centered design approach…
We conduct social research through cultural activations, events and installations.
Our research is used to inform, inspire and design solutions that create a better future.
